The device provides reliable, two-way voice communication between the passenger and the support staff or the operator of the dispatch centre, initiated instantly by pressing a dedicated, distinct alarm button in emergency or sudden-danger situations. In parallel with the transmission of a clean audio signal, the module transmits a high-quality video image of the person reporting the incident to the dispatch station, allowing the staff to immediately assess the situation and quickly take appropriate rescue or information procedures. The design of the module and its colour finish have been fully adapted to the rigorous IPI-4 PKP PLK guidelines, which guarantees excellent visibility from a great distance, intuitive identification by travellers and full accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Thanks to its durable wall-mounted housing, resistant to acts of vandalism and harsh operating conditions, HUSAR MK performs excellently in underground passages, on covered platforms, in waiting rooms and station halls, creating an integrated security environment within the family of HUSAR solutions and superordinate PSIM systems.
