It is used to carry out fast, stable and fully secure voice calls and data transmission in the IP standard between alarm terminals — such as platform SOS pillars, communication modules or bathroom call systems — and the dispatcher’s station or the system operator panel.
A key element of the server is the advanced system software, which continuously and in real time carries out full diagnostics of the operation of all subassemblies and connected end devices. If any fault, sabotage or transmission error is detected, the server immediately signals the irregularities, enabling the automatic reconfiguration of the system to maintain its operability and the remote, secure updating of the firmware. To ensure full control over the facility’s security, the unit offers the function of cyclical system operation reporting, detailed recording of all events to text files (logs) and the ability to record and archive the voice calls carried out from the alarm modules.
