Product description
The complete HUSAR SOS emergency and call-for-help communication system (symbol: HUSAR SOS) is an advanced, fully integrated technological solution designed to provide the highest level of passenger safety in public spaces. The system, operating in the modern digital VoIP/SIP standard, was created specifically to serve railway stations, platforms, underground passages and departure halls and waiting rooms. Thanks to full integration with the public-address system (HUSAR PA) and the central dynamic passenger information system (CSDIP/SDIP), HUSAR SOS creates a coherent, multi-tasking security environment. It enables the immediate establishment of two-way voice communication of excellent sound quality between a passenger requiring help and the operator panel or the emergency services.
The devices making up the system are characterised by exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and harsh environmental conditions. The use of specially reinforced, anti-vandal enclosures made of high-grade stainless steel guarantees full protection against deliberate destruction and fault-free operation in the open air in extreme temperatures and heavy precipitation. The heart of every call point is the ergonomic, perfectly visible and marked SOS button, which allows help to be summoned intuitively and instantly. With a view to removing architectural barriers and ensuring full accessibility, selected device models have been equipped with a certified induction loop, which allows people using hearing aids to receive voice messages without difficulty.
The reliability of the entire system is supported by intelligent, continuous monitoring of the technical state of all installed terminals. The system monitors in real time the parameters of the network connections, the state of the buttons and the efficiency of the audio path, automatically and immediately reporting any anomalies or sabotage attempts to the management centre. HUSAR SOS is synonymous with reliable rescue and modern passenger care, meeting the highest EU standards for the safety and accessibility of public infrastructure.
