The historic character of this nineteenth-century building was successfully combined with 21st-century solutions. The reconstruction was carried out as part of the Station Investment Programme for 2016–2023 with EU co-financing.
As part of the project, we integrated a complete Public-Address System for the platforms and the station. The indoor and outdoor loudspeakers cover the entire passenger service zone, thereby increasing comfort in planning and making the journey.
In the air-conditioned waiting room, we installed Husar WZS Station Summary Displays and indoor clocks. Above the main entrance is a single-sided analogue outdoor clock, which serves as passenger information as well as a representative feature reflecting traditional railway services.
