The town of Kraśnik in the Lubelskie Voivodeship gained a new showcase — an Innovative System Station. There is no longer any trace of the old station. In its place, a modern structure has been built which is spacious and is intended to provide comfort to travellers.
To the facility we delivered and commissioned two WZS Station Summary Displays, double-sided outdoor clocks 600 mm in diameter, a tower clock with a dial, and a high-quality public-address system. The installations were connected to the Central Dynamic Passenger Information System, so that travellers at the station receive the best possible information about train movements. The safety of travellers is watched over by CCTV, access control, SOS and intruder alarm systems, which we installed.
The consistent modernisation of stations is aimed at creating an efficiently functioning means of transport that will meet the expectations of travellers and city residents. These actions are positively received by the public and result in ever greater satisfaction with the quality of railway services and an increase in the number of people travelling by train.
