The voltage converter KSL 100 is a specialised industrial-class matching transformer, designed for the safe and trouble-free feeding of an audio signal from high-voltage 100 V loudspeaker lines directly to the line inputs of Public Address (SR / PA) system devices and induction loop amplifiers. The device provides effective galvanic separation of the signal, eliminating the formation of earth loops and protecting the sensitive input circuits of the connected devices against unwanted surges and interference. The integrated, precise potentiometer allows the fully smooth adjustment of the output signal voltage in the range from 0 to 1.5 V, which allows the drive level to be perfectly matched to the input sensitivity of sound processors, audio controllers, recorders or induction loop amplifiers (e.g. HUSAR PI2500). The device is enclosed in a compact, durable housing made of high-grade plastic, which guarantees excellent electrical insulation, mechanical resistance and easy, safe installation in telecommunication cabinets, dispatch consoles or directly at the public-address installations of station and railway facilities.
